The room had super blackout curtains. I slept very well. The breakfast buffet included a cooked English breakfast with yogurt, cereals, and pastries.
The bathroom sink had some stains, it made it look dirty.

the staff was really friendly AND helpful. the room was clean. breakfast was good with enough options.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear neighbors. The heater in the room looked old. it struggled to heat the room, and I found this in other rooms TOO.

helpful staff breakfast selection free coffee
the staff was helpful when i needed directions. breakfast had a good selection of items, and i found the location convenient for getting around. the free coffee available was a definite plus.
the lift was out of order .

helpful staff great food car park ineffective double glazing
The staff were GREAT and very helpful. The food was also great. I had an evening meal that was huge, good value for money.
I didn't get much sleep due to the noise from the car park. The double glazing didn't seem effective so it was too noisy.
